Summer is Here and It Is Time to Celebrate the Return of Russian IPOs with Hogan Lovells and the London Stock Exchange

Hogan Lovells and the London Stock Exchange are delighted to invite you to a breakfast workshop on 21 June 2010 on the subject of London IPOs for Russian companies. We will be breaking through certain myths relating to London listings and discussing the key considerations for Russian issuers undertaking a London listing. We will also look at topical Russian law issues and the pros and cons of different offering structures.
